Dr. Amy McArdle is a Hudson Valley real estate advisor and PhD trained leadership expert who helps people navigate major transitions at home and in life.

She combines 18 years in education and administration, 8 of them as a union negotiator, then 9 years guiding roughly 180 families through major life transitions as a senior move manager, now supporting clients and agents in building aligned, sustainable success.
